1556 Series ABS plastic housing

Hammond Manufacturing's 1556 Series housing is formed in flame retardant ABS plastic and is ideal for printed circuit boards and a wide range of electronic devices. Available in black, white or light gray, the 1556 series features modern rounded edges and 14 sizes to choose from, including rectangular and square options.

The 1556 series chassis can be installed in three different ways. Optional mounting feet, available in sets of 4, can be mounted outwards for heavy wall installation or in pre-formed foot slots on the back of the housing for flat wall installation.

Glue-on rubber feet are included with each enclosure to prevent unnecessary movement when mounted on a table or tabletop. Aluminum inner panels are suitable for all sizes. The housing cover is secured by installing four self-tapping plastic screws to the predie screw post.
